i had a second visit at this location the staff was helpful and professional. the location worked well since it is near the bus terminal this made transportation easy via bus or subway. i will return for another stay the next time i am in the area the hotel breakfast was good and there was a nice fitness center.
the elevators were sometimes busy this created short delays when traveling to and from my room

i received complimentary breakfast for my husband's birthday, THAT was a nice surprise. the buffet offered many options. the concierge assisted us with luggage storage after checkout, which i appreciated. he offered directions to the subway, and cookies too.
i noticed a slight delay with the lifts, especially during peak hours, which sometimes caused a short wait.

The staff at reception was excellent! I found their help with directions and local tips useful. My room on a high floor had a great view of the surroundings. The modern decor created a cute atmosphere.

the hotel's location was awesome! it was close to many tourist spots. the bus terminal was also nearby, i found subway stations pretty close too. madeline at the front desk was amazing and carlos the bellman made check-in easy!
as soon as i started unpacking in my room, i found some random dirty clothes on the desk chair. this clearly showed that my room was not cleaned properly and i was not satisfied that the room was not clean in general.

The location is amazing because it's near the port authority bus terminal. This offers shuttle service to newark airport. it's also a short walk to times square and broadway. i easily walked to madison square garden and many restaurants from this hotel. there is a coffee shop next door and a bodega is around the corner.
the elevators took a long time, i spent a lot of time waiting
